Research evaluation:
Research papers are evaluated by a specialized scientific body according to the specialization of the research by a panel of judges formed by the journal's management, and the researcher is informed of the result of the evaluation. If the reviewers recommend amendments to the research, the researcher must fulfill the required amendments within a period not exceeding one month to complete the publication procedures.
Reviewing rules:
Research papers are reviewed by two reviewers, whether Egyptian or a foreign reviewer, without knowing the names of the researchers, and the recommendation for publication is as follows:
- If one of the reviewers rejects the research, the research will be sent to a third reviewer
- The arbitrator must give his/her opinion impartially and without any bias to any of the parties.
- Scientific research is judged with absolute confidentiality in order to prevent the manipulation and plagiarism of scientific research.
- The arbitrator must provide feedback, opinions, criticisms, and guidance.
- The reviewer must point out the paragraphs that the researcher has plagiarized and must attach the original reference to it.
- In the event of a conflict between the opinions of the two reviewers on the suitability of the material for publication, a third reviewer will be used to decide the matter.
- The reviewing process is carried out in a confidential (blind) manner under the supervision of the editor-in-chief or his representative.
- If the research is accepted for publication, the researcher will be notified by email.
- If the research requires a minor modification, the researcher is obligated to resubmit the modified research within a week of receiving the modification notes, and if there is a delay, the publication of the research will be postponed for the next edition, while if the modification is radical, the researcher will be sent 15 days after sending the notes to him.
- Published research is not returned to its owners and the journal reserves all copyrights and written approval is required before republishing material published in the journal.
- Research will be published on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Researches that are not accepted for publication will be returned to their owners.
- Articles published in the journal express only the opinions of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the opinion of the journal.
